Forever Timeless Photography — Through the Years Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Through the Years Membership offered by Forever Timeless Photography. By enrolling in the membership, the Client agrees to the following terms.
1. Overview
Forever Timeless Photography is a family-run studio based in Scotland, specialising in natural, emotive family photography. The Through the Years Membership is designed to help families capture their story consistently over time. These Terms apply exclusively to members of this subscription service.
2. Membership Term & Payments
The membership is a 12-month minimum contract.
Clients may choose to pay monthly (£44) or annually (£480).
Monthly payments are automatically billed each month for 12 consecutive months.
Annual payments are made in full at the start of the membership term and include a 10% discount.
Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
3. Early Cancellation
Members who cancel before the end of their 12-month term are required to pay the remaining balance of the contract immediately.
No refunds are given for unused services.
No exceptions will be made for early cancellation.
4. Cooling-Off Period
Members are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period after signing up, during which they may cancel without penalty.
If any services (e.g. sessions) are rendered during this time, reasonable deductions will be made before a refund.
5. What’s Included
Each membership year includes:
1 full family session
15 edited digital images
Access to 4 members-only mini sessions (3 digitals per mini session included)
Private members-only app for gallery access
Members-only pricing on additional digital files, frames, wall art and gifts (up to 75% off)
5 bonus digitals awarded after each 12-month renewal as a loyalty reward
6. Session Scheduling
Members select their preferred month for the full family session upon joining.
This month remains their allocated session slot in future renewal years.
Changes to session month in subsequent years can be requested but are subject to availability.
Mini session dates are announced in advance and booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
Rescheduling requires at least 7 days’ notice.
Missed sessions or no-shows without appropriate notice may result in forfeiting the session.
Unused sessions do not roll over to the following year.
8. Image Delivery & Use
After each session, members will receive an online gallery of edited images.
Members select their 15 included digitals; upgrades are available at members-only rates.
Images are delivered digitally and licensed for personal use only.
Forever Timeless Photography retains copyright of all images.
Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Guarantee
We offer a Love Your Photos Guarantee:
If you’re not satisfied with your images, we offer a free reshoot.
If you remain unsatisfied and have not downloaded any digital images, we will refund your full membership payment (monthly or annual).

10. Legal
These Terms are governed by Scottish law. By joining the membership, you agree to these conditions in full. Forever Timeless Photography reserves the right to update or amend these Terms as needed.
